I will be having a workshop on Friday night in Newcastle. If you would like to come along, phone or email me for the details.
These are the projects that we will be making.
Why the bees?
Why the bees?
Well Deborah means "bee" in Hebrew. My name is spelt Debra, but you get the link, I hope.
Bees are busy working, & my mind is busy planning all the scrapbooking, cardmaking & papercraft projects I am going to make!!!

Bookbinding Course
I've been doing a bookbinding course in Sydney for the past few weeks. It has been fascinating to see how a book goes together & how someone repairs an old book with torn pages.
Here is my first book. It's a soft cover journal, with oriental stitching.
I've been really enjoying the course. Not the travelling though!!
Have a look my bookbinding page.

Heidi & Aaron's Wedding
Heidi & Aaron were married in March on Zenith Beach Port Stephens. It was a beautiful, sunny, relaxing day on the beach. Just what they wanted. Here are some of the photos.
The only problem is that I have to choose which photos to scrap. They are all gorgeous. I'll be scrapping for years.
And then Brianna & Andy are getting married next year, & then I'll have more photos to scrap!!!!
About me
Hi. I started scrapbooking about 5 or 6 years ago. I did a beginners course, 1 night a week for about 6 weeks, at a scrapbooking store in Newcastle. I was hooked. Bruce said he never saw me. I was always in my craft room scrapbooking.
This is my very first scrap page.
It's pretty simple, but I'm quite proud of it. It was my first try at scrapping.
The photo is of my two daughters, Heidi & Brianna, (when they were a lot younger) at a caravan park on Lake Macquarie. They are holding an eel. They had just finished cycling & they still had their bike helmets on.
I still love the combination of pink & chocolate.
